Sample Itinerary

Day 0 – Friday

Be collected from your home or office by Limousine and be taken to your nearest International Airport for your flight to Sydney by Private Jet.

Day 1 – Saturday

Arrive in Sydney and be driven by limousine to your 5-star accommodation at the iconic Park Hyatt Sydney,  at the base of the Sydney Harbour Bridge

Enjoy a short walk to dinner at Quay Restaurant. Quay is one of the Country’s most celebrated restaurants; the creation of leading Australian restaurant group, Fink, and Executive Chef Peter Gilmore. The restaurant is an organic space reflective of Peter Gilmore’s nature inspired cuisine. The interplay of textures and colour brings life and a vibrance that embraces the restaurant’s place in the dress circle of Sydney Harbour. An ode to the Australian landscape, from the vast ocean floor, to the cracked bark of a paperbark tree, every detail from the ground up has been thoughtfully considered.

Day 2 – Sunday

With a leisurely start this morning, you will be collected by a private limousine and driven to The Lakes Golf Club. The Lakes is one of Australia’s pre-eminent private clubs and one of the leading major tournament venues in Australia.

Enjoy an early lunch prior to your round of golf.

At the conclusion of your round, you will be driven back to your accommodation by private limousine.

After a short rest, you will be escorted to the highly acclaimed Woodcut Restaurant at Crown Sydney Barangaroo for an amazing dinner, before being escorted back to your hotel.

Day 3 – Monday

With a leisurely start again this morning, you will be collected by a private limousine and driven to The New South Wales Golf Club. Situated on the rugged cliffs at La Perouse, New South Wales Golf Club overlooks Botany Bay where Captain James Cook first sailed into Australia on the SS Endeavour in 1770. A Par 72 private golf club, designed by Dr. Alister MacKenzie, is a wonderful combination of undulating fairways, beautiful scenic vistas and a spectacular backdrop for golf.

Enjoy an early lunch prior to your round of golf.

At the conclusion of your round, you will be driven back to your accommodation by private limousine.

For dinner tonight you will be collected from the hotel by a private charter boat and after a brief Harbour tour, taken to the iconic Catalinas restaurant at Rose Bay – possibly the best waterfront restaurant in Sydney.

Following dinner, the private charter boat will deliver you back to your hotel.

 Day 4 – Tuesday

An early start this morning, with an early check out from the hotel and drive by private limousine to Sydney Airport where you will fly in a private jet plane direct to Essendon Airport in Melbourne.

A private limousine will collect you from the airport and drive you directly to one of Melbourne’s finest Sand Belt golf courses – Kingston Heath, where you will enjoy a light lunch before your round.

At the conclusion of your round, you will be driven to your 5-star accommodation at Crown Towers Melbourne in a premium suite by private limousine.

Enjoy a short walk to dinner at Rockpool Restaurant at Crowne Promenade. Rockpool Bar & Grill Melbourne was inspired by the great steakhouses of North America. With an uncompromising focus on excellent produce – in particular the meat program – beef sourced from only Australia’s very best producers, an outstanding wine list and sharp and enthusiastic service, this is a dining venue that offers a refined yet relaxed experience…the menu is simple and uncomplicated, the room luxurious.

A short walk following dinner will return you to your hotel.

Day 5 – Wednesday

With a leisurely start this morning, you will be collected by a private limousine for your flight by helicopter to Barwon Heads Golf Club approximately 110kms from your hotel.

Enjoy an early lunch prior to your round of golf at The Links at Barwon Heads, a course that regularly rates in Australia’s top golf courses.

The nearby Bass Strait and sand dunes along with the weather conditions provide a course reminiscent of famed Scottish links. The undulating terrain, in harmony with the natural features of the land will ensure that you will remember time spent at Barwon Heads.

At the conclusion of your round, you will be flown by helicopter back to Melbourne and then driven to your accommodation.

After a short rest, you will be escorted to the preeminent Vue Du Monde restaurant for an amazing dinner of several courses, before being escorted back to your accommodation.

Day 6 – Thursday

With an early start this morning you will again be collected by private limousine and flown by helicopter to The Mornington Peninsulas The Dunes Golf Links, a championship links golf course, consistently ranked in the Top 25 in Australia.

Following golf, you will be driven by private limousine to Port Phillip Estate Winery and Restaurant for an exceptional luncheon.

After a long lunch, your helicopter and private limousine will return you to your hotel where you can enjoy a free evening.

 Day 7 – Friday

Once again a private limousine will collect you and drive you to another of Melbourne’s sand belts famous golf courses – the Commonwealth Golf Club. Commonwealth is highly rated amongst Australia’s top championship golf courses and is a true test for golfers of all abilities. Your round will commence after a light lunch served in the clubhouse.

You will return to your hotel in your private limousine, in time for dinner at another of Melbourne’s finest restaurants – Bistro Guillaume – conveniently located a short walk from your hotel.

Day 8 – Saturday

The end of your amazing golf tour today. You again will be collected by private limousine and driven to Melbourne Airport in preparation for your return flight home.
